Leurs distinctions\u00a0? La qualit\u00e9\u00a0: nous faisons en sorte de confectionner des assortiments et moulages naturels et traditionnels. Pour cela, nous mettons un point d\u2019honneur \u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner minutieusement chacune des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

Nous utilisons lors de la confection de nos produits de P\u00e2ques, du chocolat certifi\u00e9 pur beurre de cacao, garanti sans graisse v\u00e9g\u00e9tale ajout\u00e9e. De plus, tous les composants sont issus de l\u2019agriculture biologique et du commerce \u00e9quitable.<\/p>\n

Une attention particuli\u00e8re est aussi port\u00e9e sur le choix de nos moulages. Nous les s\u00e9lectionnons en fonction de leurs caract\u00e9ristiques techniques, favorisant une parfaite r\u00e9partition du chocolat, mais aussi de leurs formes. Il nous semble important de soigner l\u2019apparence de nos produits, car elle repr\u00e9sente \u00e0 nos yeux, et au votre, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel.<\/p>\n

Les moulages Palais d\u2019\u00e9b\u00e8ne sauront prendre place dans votre jardin, lors de la chasse aux \u0153ufs.
