Raw materials from several origins

At Palais d’Ebène, we do our best to provide you an unforgettable chocolate experience.

To do this, we are always seeking quality raw materials, so that they can bring you the best textures and the best possible flavors.

So we only need to have a look at what Earth puts at our disposal. Since it is so rich in natural resources, it is impossible for us not to grasp what it provides us.

Cocoa comes from the Dominican Republic. We selected it for its spicy notes. The sugar cane of Paraguay brings to our chocolates this smooth and pleasurable texture. The vanilla of Madagascar provides sweetness. Italian hazelnuts and almonds from Spain combine in a tasty praline.

All these origins allow us to offer our consumers good and natural Palais d’Ebène chocolates.
